The main function of the host machine is to plasticize raw materials.

Mold: extrude the plasticized raw material into the sheet we need.

Vertical three roller calender for plate mould (including laminating equipment) : independent power drive, make sheet surface more smooth.

Cooling rack: the extruded sheet is cooled and shaped while being pulled.(Natural cooling)

Traction edge cutting device: the speed is controlled by the frequency converter, and the products are pulled out synchronously according to the extruder production speed. Through the edge cutting device, the sheet is trimmed to the size we need.

Cutting machine;According to the length we set, automatically cut into the length we need.

Manipulator: automatic handling and stacking.
